Characteristics
Adopting an integrated casting process, the flow channel is designed as a straight through or angular type, and the inner wall is precision polished to be smooth without dead corners, reducing the flow resistance of the medium; Both flange connection and clamp connection interfaces can be customized to meet different pipeline installation requirements.

Advantages
1. Smooth opening and closing, good resistance to water hammer
The rotary motion trajectory of the valve disc is smooth, with no impact when opened. When closed, it slowly resets with the help of the reverse pressure of the medium. Paired with a balance hammer or damping device, it can further slow down the closing speed, effectively weaken the water hammer effect, and protect the pipeline and upstream and downstream equipment.
2. Strong circulation capacity and minimal pressure loss
The straight through flow channel design reduces turbulent losses in medium flow. When the valve disc is fully opened, it is parallel to the axis of the flow channel and produces almost no additional resistance. It is particularly suitable for conveying large-diameter and high velocity media, reducing the operating energy consumption of power equipment such as pump sets.
3. Reliable sealing, suitable for multiple media working conditions
The metal hard seal and soft seal can be flexibly switched, and the metal seal can withstand high temperature, high pressure, and particle media erosion; Soft sealing can achieve zero leakage sealing under low pressure conditions, suitable for various media such as water, steam, oil, chemical raw materials, etc.
