Characteristics
The gate plate of a resilient-seated gate valve typically employs an integral encapsulation process. The rubber sealing face is capable of compensating for minor imperfections on the sealing interface via elastic deformation, thereby achieving zero leakage. Meanwhile, a triple-layered O-ring seal is fitted around the valve stem, providing highly effective protection against medium leakage.

When fully open, the gate completely separates from the flow channel, and the flow channel is straight through. The valve body is mostly made of ductile iron material, with epoxy resin powder sprayed on the inner and outer surfaces, which is acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for buried or humid harsh environments; The valve stem is made of stainless steel material and sealed with multiple O-rings to prevent rusting and jamming of the valve stem; The rubber sealing layer adopts wear-resistant ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) or nitrile rubber (NBR), which has excellent anti-aging performance and extends the overall service life of the valve.
3. Easy to operate, compatible with remote control
Large caliber specifications can be equipped with electric and pneumatic actuators to achieve remote automation control and meet the regulation needs of smart pipeline networks; After optimizing the valve stem sealing structure, the friction resistance is reduced, and manual operation is more convenient. It also supports replacing the valve stem sealing ring under pressure without stopping the pump or water supply, which does not affect the continuous operation of the system.
