The PTFE valve seat has super strong corrosion resistance. The valve body cavity, flange sealing surface, and key parts of the valve plate are all coated with PTFE (or reinforced FEP) lining, which can isolate corrosive media such as strong acids, alkalis, oxidants, and organic solvents from direct contact with the metal valve body. It is suitable for harsh media working conditions such as chemical and electroplating.
Adopting a soft sealing structure, the PTFE valve seat is precisely adhered to the fluorine lined valve plate, combined with the symmetrical design of the centerline for force balance. The sealing performance can reach ANSI VI level, which can meet the zero leakage control requirements of high-purity media, toxic media or volatile media.
The midline structure ensures symmetrical force distribution when the valve plate rotates, significantly reducing the opening and closing torque. Manual operation is effortless, and the response speed is fast when driven by pneumatic/electric means (pneumatic opening and closing time is usually ≤ 2 seconds), making it suitable for automatic control systems with frequent opening and closing.
The valve stem adopts a stainless steel integrated structure, and the part in contact with the medium is covered with fluoroplastic, which not only prevents rust but also avoids deformation of the valve stem caused by medium erosion; The valve plate and valve stem are connected using a no pin connection process to eliminate connection gaps and prevent jamming faults during operation.
Standard export wooden case packaging
Widely used for pipeline control of corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and chlor alkali, as well as wastewater treatment and exhaust gas recovery systems.
