1. Convenient maintenance

The valve body and valve cover are connected by flanges, and there is no need to disassemble the entire valve during maintenance. Only the valve cover needs to be removed to replace internal components such as gate plates, seals, and packing; The packing box supports online replacement of packing, which does not affect the normal operation of the pipeline and significantly reduces maintenance costs.

2. High temperature resistance:

Carbon steel material (WCB) gate valve: metal sealed structure, temperature resistance range -29 ℃~540 ℃, suitable for media such as water, oil, steam, etc;

Alloy steel material (WC6/WC9) gate valve: temperature resistance up to 650 ℃, suitable for high temperature reheating steam pipelines in power plants;

Soft sealing structure (PTFE/EPDM): Temperature resistance range -20 ℃~180 ℃, suitable for low temperature and low pressure scenarios such as municipal water supply and drainage.
