The fully lined ball valve design structure completely eliminates the contact between the medium and metal, and can withstand almost all strong corrosive media such as concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, etc. It can even cope with mixed working conditions of multiple corrosive media, and its corrosion resistance performance far exceeds ordinary fluorine lined ball valves and stainless steel ball valves.
The friction coefficient between the sphere and the fluoroplastic valve seat is extremely low, and the opening and closing torque is small. The manual drive version only needs to rotate 90° to complete the full close full open switch, making the operation effortless; Large caliber models paired with pneumatic/electric actuators have fast response times and can achieve automated control.
The fluoroplastic lining layer has good self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties, and is not easily worn or aged after long-term use; The lining layer is bonded to the inner cavity of the valve body using high-temperature vulcanization technology, with no bubbles or detachment, and a service life of up to 3–5 years (under conventional corrosion conditions).
The valve body is made of cast steel (WCB) as the base material, with high mechanical strength, stable flange connection structure, and can withstand nominal pressures of PN10–PN25, suitable for medium and low pressure pipeline systems.
