The gate valve body is made of WCB carbon steel castings, which have excellent welding performance and mechanical processing performance. The tensile strength is 485~655MPa, and it can withstand a temperature range of -29 ℃~427 ℃. It is suitable for non corrosive media such as water, steam, oil, natural gas, etc., and its cost-effectiveness is better than that of alloy valves.
The tensile strength is 485–655MPa, the yield strength is ≥ 250MPa, and the elongation is ≥ 22%. It has both rigidity and toughness, and can withstand opening and closing impacts and pressure fluctuations. It is not easy to deform or fracture after long-term operation.
Applicable temperature -29 ℃ to 427 ℃, suitable for conventional media such as water, steam, oil, natural gas, etc., with a conventional design pressure of ≤ 10MPa, suitable for most working conditions of PN16–PN420 (Class150–Class2500).
Corrosion resistance is better than ordinary carbon steel in non oxidizing environments, and the sealing surface can be welded with hard alloy (such as STL) to further enhance wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
