2. Low Torque & Energy Efficiency:
The streamlined disc design reduces fluid resistance and friction between the disc and seat, lowering actuation torque by 40-60% compared to flanged ball valves. This allows for smaller, energy-efficient actuators (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic) or effortless manual operation (handwheel/lever), reducing operational energy consumption and actuator costs.
3. Superior Flow Characteristics:
