Characteristics
The eccentric butterfly valve adopting a double eccentric structure design, it has the functions of intercepting, connecting, and regulating flow, which can meet the diverse needs of urban water supply and drainage, building fire protection, metallurgical hydropower and other system pipelines. Its sealing surface is welded with stainless steel material, combined with a dual sealing ring structure, which effectively solves the problem of shaft hole leakage while improving corrosion resistance. The product achieves or exceeds the national standard level in performance indicators through the application of flow field simulation and stress measurement technology.

Advantages
1. The axis of the valve stem deviates from the center of the sealing surface and the center of the pipeline, causing the butterfly plate to quickly detach or come into contact with the valve seat during the opening and closing process, greatly reducing friction. Significantly reduce the wear of the sealing surface, extend the service life of the valve seat and butterfly plate, especially suitable for frequent operation occasions.
2. The eccentric structure utilizes the principle of mechanical torque to generate stronger sealing pressure during closure, ensuring a tight seal. It can achieve bidirectional sealing (partially designed), with a leakage level of up to ANSI Class VI (zero leakage), suitable for demanding working conditions.
3. The eccentric structure allows the use of metal sealing rings (such as stainless steel, hard alloy) instead of traditional rubber soft seals, which can withstand higher temperatures and pressures (commonly up to 200 ° C or higher, PN16-PN40 or higher). Can be used for complex media such as steam, gas, corrosive fluids, granular slurries, etc.
