    Compared to wafer butterfly valves, lug butterfly valves have stronger connection stability, are less affected by pipeline flange parallelism and uneven bolt tension, and have higher sealing reliability; Compared to flange butterfly valves, the axial length is shortened by 30%~50%, the volume is more compact, the weight is reduced by 20%~40%, and installation space and transportation costs are saved.

Stable connection and reliable sealing: The protruding ears are directly bolted to the pipeline flange, ensuring even force distribution and avoiding sealing failure caused by uneven clamping force in the butterfly valve; Bidirectional sealing design, no restrictions on import and export directions, suitable for pipeline systems with bidirectional flow of media.

    3. High strength and wide adaptability: The protruding ear structure of the valve body enhances the overall rigidity and can withstand higher pipeline pressure and medium pressure difference. The conventional pressure rating covers PN1.0~PN6.4MPa (some high-pressure models can reach PN10.0MPa), and the diameter covers DN50~DN2000, suitable for medium low pressure to medium high pressure, medium small to large diameter working conditions.
