The heavy hammer hydraulic control double eccentric butterfly valve boasts distinctive advantages that set it apart from traditional valves. Adopting the double eccentric design, the valve disc can disengage from the seat instantly when opening, greatly reducing friction and wear and extending the service life by 3 times compared with conventional concentric butterfly valves. Equipped with a heavy hammer hydraulic linkage system, it realizes automatic quick closing in 1.5 seconds when the pump stops, effectively preventing water hammer impact and pipeline damage.

Made of high-quality WCB carbon steel or SS304 stainless steel, with a pressure rating of PN < 1.6MPa and a working temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, suitable for various media such as water, gas and oil. It also features manual emergency operation for backup, ensuring safe operation even when the hydraulic system fails.
