Characteristics
Pneumatic butterfly valves are powered by compressed air. As compressed air enters the pneumatic actuator, it drives internal components such as pistons or rack and pinion mechanisms to move, which in turn rotates the valve stem and butterfly disc to open or close the valve. The integration of a valve positioner enables precise control over the butterfly disc’s rotation angle, allowing for accurate regulation of pipeline media parameters including flow rate and pressure.

2. Low flow resistance:
When the butterfly plate is opened, the effective flow area is large, and the resistance when the medium flows through is small, which is conducive to energy conservation.

Suitable valve body and seal materials can be selected according to the characteristics of different media to meet requirements such as corrosion resistance and temperature resistance.
