    2. Rubber valve disc:

    Made of nitrile rubber (NBR) or ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) molded, integrated with the sealing surface of the valve seat, without hinges, shafts or other moving parts; The valve disc is umbrella shaped or petal shaped, with excellent elasticity and wear resistance. When opened, it can fully adhere to the inner wall of the valve body without affecting the passage of the medium.

    3. Limit device:

    Equipped with a stainless steel limit block, it can limit the maximum opening angle of the valve disc (usually 60 °~70 °), prevent excessive deformation or damage of the valve disc caused by high-pressure medium impact, and ensure precise alignment when the valve disc is reset.
