Characteristics
This flange type pneumatic stainless steel knife gate valve adopts integrated flange design for high pressure resistance and stable sealing. Made of 304/316 stainless steel, it delivers excellent anti-corrosion performance for acid, alkali and slurry media. The full straight bore prevents blockage of dust and sludge. Equipped with an explosion-proof pneumatic actuator, it supports fast remote automatic control for chemical, environmental and industrial high-pressure pipelines.
Advantages
1.Integrated flange structure features higher pressure resistance and stable sealing performance. It avoids loosening and leakage under high pressure and strong pipeline tension, more reliable than wafer and lug type.
2.Full stainless steel (CF8/CF8M) body provides excellent anti-corrosion performance, suitable for acid, alkali and salt water media, effectively preventing rust and medium leakage.
