The WCB butterfly-type tilting plate check valve body is integrally cast using ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel, specifically designed for high-temperature, medium to high-pressure industrial pipelines, featuring high temperature resistance and enhanced pressure-bearing performance. The sealing is divided into two types: metal hard sealing and composite soft sealing. The metal sealing can withstand high-temperature steam and heat transfer oil, and is suitable for high-temperature media without strong corrosion.

    Characteristics

    This WCB tilting disc check valve is integrally cast from ASTM A216 carbon steel for high temperature and pressure resistance. Eccentric short-stroke disc with external hydraulic buffer realizes staged slow closing to eliminate water hammer and impact noise. Metal hard seal fits steam and hot oil service. Widely used in power plant, heating, boiler and petrochemical high-pressure high-temperature pipeline systems.
